If Tracking Has Not Updated After 14 Business Days

Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number. We will check the internal shipment status immediately and keep you updated until the package is confirmed delivered. If the parcel cannot be located, our replacement guarantee applies automatically — no questions asked.
