In the replica market, almost everyone calls themselves a "direct factory dealer." Almost none of them are. They buy from middlemen, who buy from distributors, who buy from the factory — and every link in that chain adds cost, adds delay and removes accountability.
We are original Clean Factory dealer partners. Our relationship with the factory predates the name most people know it by. When Clean Factory was shut down in 2024 and its technical operations continued under the Victory name, we transitioned with them — because our relationship was with the people and the machines, not just a brand name.
The result: we receive factory-direct pricing, factory-direct quality control access, and factory-direct allocation on limited configurations that secondary dealers simply cannot obtain. That gap is what you are buying when you order from us.
01. Our History with Clean Factory & Victory
First-generation dealer relationship established
Clean Factory earned its reputation as the most technically advanced replica manufacturer of its generation — through 904L steel, genuine Cerachrom ceramics, Dandong calibres engineered to match original dimensions, and a commitment to getting the details right that most factories do not attempt. We were among the first international dealers to work directly with them, before the factory became widely known in the English-speaking market.
Clean Factory closes — the technical team continues
In 2024, coordinated law enforcement action closed Clean Factory's public-facing operations. This was widely reported in the replica community and caused significant disruption for dealers who had no direct factory access. For us, the impact was different — because our relationship was with the engineers, the workshop managers and the tooling, not with a brand name or a website.
Same machines. Same craftsmen. Refined process.
The technical core of Clean Factory now operates as Victory. The same CNC machining equipment. The same component specifications for 904L steel, Cerachrom bezels and Dandong calibres. The same workshop team that built Clean Factory's reputation. What changed is the quality control process — which is now more rigorous, with mandatory Witschi pressure testing on every unit and a stricter cosmetic inspection standard. Victory is not a replacement for Clean Factory. It is an improvement on it.
02. Clean Factory // Victory — The Core Collection
The benchmark for sport and dress Rolex replicas.
Victory produces the most technically accurate replicas of Rolex's core sport and dress lines available at any price point. The engineering philosophy has not changed from the Clean Factory era: start with the correct materials, machine to the correct tolerances, and use a movement calibre that matches the original's dimensions and function — not one that has been modified to fit.
Every watch from this factory that we ship has been fully disassembled, resealed with Swiss FKM fluorocarbon gaskets and machine-tested to 10 ATM (100 metres) in the Witschi Proofmaster™ — the same reference instrument used by Swiss luxury service centres. A watch that fails this test does not ship. A replacement is tested and held until it passes.
03. VS Factory — The Day-Date Specialist
The only factory that gets the Day-Date right — from weight to movement.
The Day-Date is the most demanding Rolex model to replicate correctly. The presidential bracelet, the fluted or diamond-set bezel, the day display at 12 o'clock and the full gold-construction aesthetic require a completely different engineering approach from steel sport watches. Most factories produce a Day-Date that looks approximately right from a distance. VS Factory produces one that holds up to close inspection.
The Weight Problem — And How VS Solves It
The genuine Rolex Day-Date in 18K gold has a specific weight that is immediately felt on the wrist. Standard replica factories use hollow or lightweight alloy to approximate the shape — the result feels obviously hollow and unconvincing in hand.
Some factories have tried to solve this with tungsten-alloy inserts to add weight. The problem with tungsten alloy in this application is well-documented: it oxidises, darkens and can develop surface discolouration within months of regular wear, particularly at bracelet joints and case edges.
VS Factory uses a proprietary high-density metal alloy that achieves the correct weight profile of the gold original without the oxidisation, surface blackening or colour change associated with tungsten-alloy construction. The material is chemically stable, maintains its finish under regular wear conditions and does not require any special care beyond standard watch maintenance. This is not a compromise material — it is an engineered solution to a specific problem that other factories have not solved.
The Dandong 3255 — Exclusive to VS
The original Rolex Day-Date runs on the Calibre 3255 — one of the most advanced mechanical movements Rolex has produced, with a power reserve of 70 hours, improved shock resistance and a new escapement geometry. VS Factory is the exclusive producer of the Dandong 3255 — a calibre developed specifically for the Day-Date that replicates the original's architecture, dimensions and functional specifications.
Every function of the original calibre is replicated: bidirectional rotor winding, correctly proportioned oscillating weight, smooth crown operation for time-setting, date correction and day correction — in the correct crown positions, matching the original's mechanical logic.
04. Why Order Through Us

As a first-generation dealer, we receive direct allocation on limited configurations — specific dial variants, bracelet options and new production runs — before they reach the secondary dealer network. If a configuration is available anywhere, it is available here first.
We have direct access to the QC station. When you approve your photos, you are looking at images taken by our team at the factory — not forwarded from a middleman's WhatsApp group. If a watch does not meet standard, we reject it on-site before it ever enters the shipping chain.
Every watch we ship — regardless of model, factory or price tier — is pressure-tested to 10 ATM (100 metres) in the Witschi Proofmaster™ before QC photos are taken. You receive the test result alongside your photos. This is not standard practice across the market. It is ours.
We will not tell you these watches are identical to the originals. They are not — and any dealer who claims otherwise is either uninformed or dishonest. What we will tell you is that they are the closest available reproduction at any price point, built from the same materials, with the same care, by the same people who defined what a high-quality replica watch could be. That is a different claim — and one we can substantiate.
