01. 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a strict 7-day return or exchange window from the exact date you physically receive your order (based on courier tracking). This policy applies to all our global clients across the US, UK, CA, AU, and the EU.
Because we utilize a rigorous Pre-Shipment QC (Quality Control) Process — where you approve high-resolution photos and timegrapher videos of your exact watch before we ship — returns are exceedingly rare. However, your peace of mind remains our top priority.
If the watch arrives with a verified factory defect or DOA (Dead on Arrival) movement issue, we take full responsibility and will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you are returning or exchanging the watch due to personal preference or "change of mind", the buyer is responsible for the international return shipping costs.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the watch must be returned in absolute factory-new, unworn condition. This means all transparent protective films, foils, tags, and bezel protectors MUST NOT be removed.
Carefully trying the watch on your wrist for a visual check is permitted. However, removing the protective plastic, resizing the bracelet, or causing microscopic scratches on the clasp immediately voids its "new" status. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge a restocking/depreciation fee of up to 50%, or refuse the return entirely. We only sell factory-sealed watches — this strict rule protects you as a buyer.
02. How to Return — Step by Step
To protect both your privacy and ours, the exact global return warehouse address is provided individually only after your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is approved via WhatsApp. All return shipments must be fully tracked and insured.

Receive Address & Instructions
Upon approval, we will send you the private return address. Please ship the item securely and provide us with the tracking number.
Inspection & Refund
Once received, our watchsmiths will inspect the watch under magnification for film integrity and zero wear. Upon passing inspection, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
03. 24-Month Voluntary Movement Warranty
Because we utilize true 1:1 clone movements (like the Dandong DD4130, VS3235, or VS3255) rather than cheap generic calibers, we confidently provide a Voluntary 24-Month Warranty covering any factory defects of the mechanical movement, starting from the delivery date.

The Quick Fix: Because our cases are genuine 1:1 spec, any local watchsmith has the proper tools to open the caseback. Using a simple Demagnetizer and a Timegrapher, this effect is cured in less than 5 minutes. This usually costs a tiny tip for the watchsmith and saves you a lengthy international return!
