01. Shipping & Customs

Will my package clear customs in the US / UK / Australia?

Yes — our delivery success rate is over 99 %. We do not ship directly from Asia via express courier, which would immediately flag a customs inspection at major ports like JFK, Heathrow or Sydney.

Instead, we use a multi-leg logistics route. Your parcel travels via consolidated freight to a regional hub near your destination, then transfers to your local carrier (USPS, Royal Mail, AusPost, Canada Post or DHL) as a standard domestic shipment. No international customs checkpoint sees it as a direct import from Asia.

Our Guarantee In the extremely rare event that a package is seized or lost, we replace it immediately at zero cost to you. You send us a screenshot — we ship again. Your financial risk is zero.
How long does delivery take?

All timelines run from the moment you approve your QC photos:

United States — 12 to 18 business days (USPS final leg)
United Kingdom — 10 to 16 business days (Royal Mail)
Australia — 14 to 20 business days (AusPost)
Canada — 12 to 18 business days (Canada Post)
Europe — 10 to 16 business days (DHL / DPD)

The Tracking "Blackout" Your local tracking number will appear frozen for the first 5–9 days. This is completely normal — your watch is in transit to the regional hub and has not yet been scanned by your local carrier. Will there be any import duties or taxes on delivery?

No. Our logistics route is specifically designed to deliver as a domestic shipment in your country. No import duties, no VAT charges, no surprise fees at the door — for all supported destinations including the US, UK, AU, CA and EU.

Is the packaging discreet? Will anyone know what's inside?

Completely discreet. The outer carton is plain with no brand references, no watch-related content and no indication of value. Your postal carrier, neighbours and anyone else who sees the box will have no idea what is inside.

The sender name on the label is a generic trading company name — nothing traceable to watches or replica goods. Your bank statement or PayPal history will also show only a neutral company name.

02. Legal & Privacy

Is it legal to buy a replica watch for personal use?

This is the question most sellers avoid. We answer it directly.

General Overview — Not Legal Advice

In most English-speaking markets, private ownership and personal use of a replica watch is treated as a civil matter (trademark law) rather than a criminal one. Enforcement agencies focus on commercial importers and resellers — not individuals buying one watch for personal wear. Commercial resale — buying multiple units to sell for profit — is a different matter and carries real legal risk.

Laws vary by country and change over time. We strongly recommend familiarising yourself with the regulations in your specific jurisdiction before ordering. This is our general understanding of common practice, not formal legal advice.

Can I travel internationally with the watch?

The practical answer depends on how you travel with it:

Wearing It — Generally Low Risk A watch worn on your wrist is personal property, not commercial cargo. Border agents are looking for goods being imported for sale, not personal effects. Wearing the watch through customs in most countries is routine and unremarked upon.
In Luggage With Original Packaging — Higher Risk A watch packed in its box in your checked or carry-on luggage can appear to be a commercial import. If you are crossing a border, wear the watch — do not pack it with the box as a separate item.

This applies whether you are a US customer crossing into Canada, a UK customer travelling to the EU, or an Australian returning from overseas. For any specific concern, consult a local customs advisor.

Can a watchmaker or jeweller identify it as a replica?

This deserves an honest answer, not a sales pitch.

The Honest Answer

An authorised Rolex dealer or Rolex-trained service technician will identify the watch if they open the case and inspect the movement. The Dandong calibre is of exceptional quality, but it is not an original Rolex movement. A specialist who knows exactly what to look for inside will know.

A general jeweller, independent watchmaker or sales associate at a non-Rolex jewellery store will typically not be able to identify it — not from the case, dial, bracelet or crystal. The overwhelming majority of our customers have these watches serviced (battery changes on other watches, bracelet sizing, cleaning) at local watchmakers without any issue.

Our Recommendation Never bring the watch to an official Rolex boutique or Rolex Authorised Service Centre for any reason. For movement servicing or spare parts, contact us directly — we supply factory-original replacement parts at cost price and can recommend what to tell a local watchmaker.

03. Product, Factories & Quality

What is the difference between Clean Factory / Victory and VS Factory?

Both are considered the highest tier of replica manufacturing currently operating. They serve different parts of the catalogue:

Clean Factory // Victory

The technical successor to Clean Factory after 2024, using the same machines, tooling and craftsmen. Produces all core sport and dress lines: Submariner, GMT-Master II, Daytona, Datejust, Explorer, Yacht-Master, Sea-Dweller, Milgauss and Oyster Perpetual. Dandong calibres (DD3235, DD3285, DD4130 etc.).

VS Factory

The specialist source for the Day-Date — a model Clean Factory does not produce. VS Factory has developed the closest available reproduction of the presidential bracelet, gold-PVD case construction and Day-Date dial configurations. If you are looking for a Day-Date, VS is the correct source.

We source directly from both. Your product listing will always specify which factory produced the model you are viewing.

Are the watches waterproof? Can I swim and shower with mine?

Yes. Every watch is fully disassembled, resealed with Swiss FKM fluorocarbon gaskets and machine-tested to a genuine 10 ATM (100 metres / 330 feet) in the Witschi Proofmaster™ before shipment. You can swim, shower and snorkel with it without concern.

Two Rules to Keep It Watertight The crown must be fully screwed down before any water contact — this is the most common cause of water damage on any watch, original or replica. Also avoid wearing in a sauna, hot tub or steam room: heat expands the gaskets and compromises the seal over time. These rules apply to genuine Rolex watches too.
What does "Swiss Grade 1" actually mean?

Swiss Grade 1 (also called "Super Clone") refers to the highest quality tier in the replica market — produced using the same materials as the original:

904L surgical-grade steel (the same specification Rolex uses — most other watch brands, including Omega and TAG Heuer, use lower-grade 316L). Genuine Cerachrom ceramic bezels with platinum or gold PVD-filled engravings that do not fade or chip. Scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with double anti-reflective coating. Dandong or VS calibre movements engineered to match the dimensions, architecture and function of the original calibre.

The result is a watch that is visually and haptically indistinguishable from the original in everyday wear — correct weight, correct finish, correct proportions.

Does the watch come with a Rolex box and papers?

Not included as standard — by design. We ship in a secure, plain transport case without branding to minimise any risk during transit. A branded luxury box is much more likely to attract attention during logistics handling.

04. Orders, QC & Payment

What is the QC / Green Light process?

We never ship a watch without your personal approval first. After your order is built and tested, we send you:

High-resolution photos of your exact watch from multiple angles — dial, bezel, bracelet, clasp, crown. A short functional video showing the movement, date function and any complications. The Timegrapher reading showing beat rate, amplitude and timing accuracy.

All of this arrives via WhatsApp or email — for your specific watch, not a stock image. If everything meets your expectations, you give us the green light and we dispatch immediately. If you spot an issue, we replace the unit before shipping. If you are completely unsatisfied, we refund 100 % before the watch ever leaves our facility.

How do I pay? Can I use Zelle?

We accept the following payment methods, all of which receive an automatic 8 % discount:

Zelle (US customers only) — instant, fee-free, built into most US banking apps. The fastest option for US buyers.
Wise / Local Bank Transfer — ideal for UK, EU, AU, CA and international buyers. We provide a local receiving account in your currency.
Cryptocurrency (USDT / BTC / ETH) — maximum privacy, instant settlement. We recommend USDT on TRC20 network.

PayPal is available as a manual concierge service on request — no 8 % discount applies due to PayPal fees, but full buyer protection remains intact. Message us on WhatsApp after checkout to arrange.

How the Discount Works After you complete checkout, we message you with the final payment amount already reduced by 8 %. No coupon codes. No calculations. Just transfer the reduced amount.
Why should I trust sending money before receiving the watch?

This is the most important question — and it deserves a direct answer, not a generic trust badge.

We have invested significantly in this business. The domain. The SEO. The supplier relationships with Clean Factory/Victory and VS Factory. The WhatsApp number and its established order history. A single fraud complaint would trigger payment shutdowns, domain suspension and supplier blacklisting simultaneously. Everything we have built is worth vastly more than any single order. Scamming customers is simply not a rational business decision for us.

Beyond that, the Green Light process means your payment does not result in an unknown package — it results in photos of your exact watch, which you approve before anything ships. If you are unsatisfied at that point, you receive a 100 % refund. Your financial risk at every stage is zero.

What will appear on my bank statement?

A completely neutral company name — no mention of watches, Rolex, replica or this website. The transaction looks exactly like any other e-commerce or consulting payment.

This applies whether you pay via Zelle, bank transfer, Wise or PayPal. Your purchase history is private.

05. Returns & Warranty

Can I return the watch if I change my mind?

Yes. We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number within 7 days and we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Condition Requirement — Films Must Be Intact Returns are only accepted in absolutely unworn, factory-new condition with all protective films intact on the case, clasp and bracelet. Removed films, wear marks or a shortened bracelet mean the watch can no longer be sold as new — a deduction of up to 50 % may apply, or the return may be declined. Full details on our Returns page.
What warranty do you offer?

We offer a voluntary 2-year warranty on factory defects in the mechanical movement — stopping without cause, significant timekeeping loss, or date / chronograph malfunction under correct use.

Not covered: damage from impact, magnetism, unscrewed crown during water exposure, forced crown manipulation or saunas. These exclusions mirror the conditions of genuine Swiss watch warranties.

Spare Parts at Cost Price If your watch sustains accidental damage outside warranty — a bent clasp, stripped crown, chipped bezel — we supply the factory-original replacement part at pure cost price with no mark-up. Any local watchmaker can fit it.
What if the movement stops or loses time?

Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number, a description of the issue and a short video. We assess every case transparently and on equal terms.

One common cause that is not a defect: an automatic watch that sits unworn for several days will run down and stop — it needs to be worn or manually wound to restart. Most modern Dandong calibres hold 70 hours of power reserve, so they will stop after roughly three days without wear. A few turns of the crown (gently, with the crown fully unscrewed) will restart it immediately.
